Our office is open to patients, with some alterations. There are no patients in our waiting room – please call from the parking lot to check in for scheduled appointments. There are NO walk-ins allowed, please call the office to schedule an appointment.
The Telemedicine system is to be used for routine non-emergent issues. If you are experiencing emergent symptoms, we advise that you contact us for further instructions or think about possibly visiting your local emergency room or urgicenter. Or call 911 in an emergency.
After hours, if a problem can’t wait until the following day - you can reach the covering doctor by calling our service at (631) 474-7144
To schedule your Telemedicine Appointment, please call our office at (631) 878-7134 during normal business hours. We will confirm your phone number with you and verify your current medical insurance plan for billing purposes when you call to schedule the appointment.
On your appointment date, the doctor will call you at the scheduled time to go over your needs.
We will adjust our availability as public health guidelines evolve. We strongly advise that you continue to follow the advice of the medical experts.

Yes, insurance will cover your Telemed visit with no copayment.
Yes. All prescriptions will be sent electronically to your pharmacy. Most pharmacies are providing delivery of medication to your home.
